Titan CUBED 80-300 is an FEG monochromated Cs image corrected Transmission Electron Microscope in IF PAN

Parameters

- Acceleration voltage 60 to 300 kV;

- Energy resolution 0.2 eV at 300 kV with monochroamtor and TRIDEM 866 ERS spectrometer

- Information limit better then 0.1 nm

- Point resolution with Cs corrector the same as information limit

- STEM resolution: = 0.136 nm with HAADF detector

- Double tilt low noise LN2 cooled holder
